These Website Terms of Use (hereinafter - the Terms) are an integral part of the product/service purchase agreement and determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of the delivery of the Product, the order cancellation procedure and the Product return rules, the refund rules, the dispute resolution rules.

The seller has the right to change, correct or add to the Terms at any time in accordance with the requirements set by the legal acts. Such changes shall become effective upon their posting on the Site.

The seller has the right to change the prices indicated on the Website and/or to create new paid services at any time.

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to have been concluded from the moment when the Customer, having selected the Goods, placed them in his shopping cart, specified the delivery address and familiarized himself with the terms, ticking "I agree to the terms of use" in the order confirmation window. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer .


Delivery terms and conditions

When ordering goods, the customer can choose the method of delivery:


1. Delivery with parcels:
- DPD parcel locker €2.90;
- Omniva parcel 2.90 €;
- Latvian Post parcel 3.00 €

2. Mail:
- Latvian Post 4.14 €;

3. Delivery by courier:
- DPD courier €9.95;
- Omniva courier 9.95 € mediation throughout Latvia.

The goods are delivered via couriers and/or parcels within 3-5 working days after the payment for the goods has been received and confirmation has been sent to the Customer by e-mail or sms that the order has been received.

The cost of delivery of the Goods is not included in the stated price of the Goods. To find out the exact shipping cost of your order, put all the Products in the virtual cart and go to "Cart". When choosing a place of delivery, the system will indicate the exact cost of delivery of the order.

If there are several Products in the order and they are not delivered at the same time, after notifying the Customer in advance, a separate fee is calculated for each delivery.

The Customer pays for the order:

With a bank payment card.


The Customer must make payment to the Seller within 1 (one) business day.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer in compliance with the delivery terms specified in the Product descriptions. If the delivery of the goods is delayed due to circumstances beyond the control and control of the Seller, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Customer and coordinate all issues regarding the delivery of the Goods.

In cases where the Customer, upon receiving the Products, notices that the shipment does not contain the corresponding Product or the Product is not of the correct size, color or other inconsistencies, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller.


Return Policy

Exchanges, returns and repairs of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the Regulatory Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "On distance contract".

The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered Product within 14 days of its receipt by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller by e-mail (e-mail must be specified). The cancellation form can be obtained by contacting the Seller by email: inese@m2mhome.org

The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete set.

Products can be exchanged for other Products, if the Product has preserved its external appearance, consumption characteristics, its original packaging and labeling, they were not used and / or were damaged and / or they did not lose their appearance. The Customer is obliged to return within 3 days after sending the letter of refusal the product to the Seller.

All expenses incurred in connection with sending the Product back to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer. Returned goods must be delivered to the Buyer at the address: Mārupe nov., Mārupe, Jaunbebru iela 2 - 2, LV-2167 and they must be complete.

Refunds are made using the same means of payment that the customer used to make the transaction. The seller returns the amount of money paid for the product within 12 calendar days from the moment of returning the product. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the payment for the Product and service until the Customer has returned the product or submitted documents confirming the delivery of the Product.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the Product is damaged, by careless handling of the Product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the original packaging of the Product is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

All disputes that will arise between the Customer and the Seller, or that will arise in connection with the purchase of Goods, the Parties will try to resolve in the form of mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the LR court, observing the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

Please submit a complaint about the availability or quality of goods electronically by sending it to the email address inese@m2mhome.org or in writing by sending it to the address Mārupes nov., Mārupe, Jaunbebru iela 2 - 2, LV-2167. The complaint will be considered within 7 (seven) working days from the day of receipt of the complaint, with the reply being sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.

If the complaint is recognized as unfounded and you do not agree to the recognition of the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory acts.
